'بسم الله وعلى بركة الله\"  Bsmillahi wa\'alaa barakatillah (In the name of Allah and with the blessings of Allah)  If you forget to say Bismillah before you start eating, say   بِسْمِ اللهِ أَوَّلِهِ وَآخِرِهِ Bismillaahi awwalihi wa aakhirihi (In the name of Allah in it’s beginning and end)  Repeated to help with memorisation or just listen (and/or repeat) to it as often as you like.
